If you have seen even 1 minute of any news channel in the past week or so you've heard about the H1N1 virus (aka Swine Flu).

28 days to go.....
Until vacation!!! We are going to be traveling to Galveston, TX to go on a cruise to Mexico. We are so excited and definitely in need of a vacation! This past year has been a long one with moving, new jobs, the horrible economy and everything else that has gone on!

Happy St. Patricks Day!
An Old Irish Blessing |
May the road rise up to meet you. May the wind always be at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face, and rains fall soft upon your fields. And until we meet again, May God hold you in the palm of His hand. |

K-State fans.... Are you ready???
Matt and I are both excited for K-State football this year. We are already making plans for tailgating and lots of fun this fall. The return of Coach Snyder has a lot of fans excited and optimistic for the future of the program.
We're not asking for a miracle here Bill, just a few more wins than the last few years!
We enjoy tailgating with our friends the Heersche family from Wellington. They have established a name for their tailgating gang called the "Garage Crew". Everyone that participates gets a t-shirt with their own number.
Well this year we had an addition to the family, our puppy Dale. Heersche's were kind enough to invite Dale to be part of the "Garage Crew" and made him an official member by giving him his very own K-State tailgating shirt! Here are a few pictures...

New to this....
HI! So I admit after reading the blogs of many friends I've decided to try one of our own. I don't know if I'll be as dedicated at posting or if I'll be able to figure out pictures and everything like that.
I thought it would be a neat way for people to see what we're up to, especially those that don't use Facebook.
Check back periodically and you might find something new here!
Happy New Year to you and we look forward to all that is in store for us in 2009.
